Day: June 10th
A look in the back reveals some cute lil' baby tomatoes.

The backyard potted plants are thriving.

The Barbara Mitchell lily has good strong leaves? Fronds? But unfortunately does not seem to have a bloom to speak of. But that snapdragon beside it is looking good!

The bleeding hearts are blooming nicely. They have such an unusual looking blossom, don't they? Also unfortunately at some point this bush started sharing a root system with a maple sapling which has made it especially hard to remove the maple without endangering the bleeding hearts.

Here's some cute little geranium buds! Go little guys go!

The lavender is getting powerful. Its exact raison d'etre is to repel mosquitoes. A magazine said it would.

This pansy gives off an aura of tired, but determined. Enduring.

These pansies mostly say 'purple'. It is said that purple is a pigment of the imagination. No elaboration on this thought.

This pansy in the rabbit planet has bloomed perfect. Platonic ideal of a pansy.

This pansy gives off an aura of tired, but determined. Enduring.

The chosen peony continues to be usurped by the faster paced one behind it.

The chosen bud on the right side, however, is not dilly dallying.

The portulaca are gathering their strength to rise again.

Look! Look close! ROSEBUDS!

Oh sweet violas, you continue to blossom and bring happiness to the garden.

The tomatoes are blooming! That means tomatoes, which are a fruit as evidenced by these blossoms, are on their way!
